Register of applications and permits

The health data access body makes public data access applications and health data requests as soon as it receives them, and the permits it issues, the requests it approves and its refusals with their justification within 30 working days (Articles 57(1)(j) and 58(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2025/327). Organisations and work are published here, not people: a natural person applying is not named.
