The health infrastructure prepared for the European data economy

DataSpaceHealth is an independent health data space for publishing, describing, auditing and governing datasets according to HealthDCAT-AP. The environment starts without federation with mydataspace.es or gotodataspace.es, while remaining ready for future federation with trusted data spaces.

The proposal is intended for hospitals, universities, HealthTech companies and researchers that need to experiment with governed health-data sharing in a context aligned with EHDS, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act and European data sovereignty.

Governance relies on MyGovernance for assisted metadata, policy-clause generation, regulatory URL auditing and Gaia-X Danube evidence traceability.
